INVOICING

For customers who do not or do not wish to have a billing system itself, we put at disposal the possibility to issue invoices in a certified program duly legalized by the Tax Authorities System (SAFT-PT). Our billing services include:

Preparation and issue of personalised invoices, using an AT-approved programme;

Import of client-originated SAFT-PT files and the accounts handling of these;

Full compliance with all invoicing-related tax obligations;

Sending of invoices by email, in PDF format, or other;

Possibility of exporting to SAFT-PT (Standard Audit File for Tax purposes) at any time;

Automatic accounting of all invoices issued.
